Frances J. Roberts (1918-2009) was a songwriter, poet, and the author of nine books. After graduating from Moody Bible Institute, Frances served as a state director for Child Evangelism Fellowship, taught at a Spanish mission school, and worked as a professional accompansit. Eighty-eight of her hymns have been published. In 1964, she founded The King's Press and began releasing books. Over the last 30 years, she has sold over 1.5 million books. Frances has four grown children, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She lived in Southern California.
